Volunteer Opportunities

Early Packet Pick Up

Help with t-shirt and race-bib distribution

Data Entry

Work with the timing company to enter data for last minute registration.

Greeter

Welcome participants and direct them to either registration or packet pick-up.

Day-of Registration

Sign up participants for the race and take payment.

Online Registration Check-In

Check in participants who registered online.

Shuttle Attendant

Stationed at the offsite parking lot to help people get on the event shuttle.

T-Shirt Handler

Keep the t-shirt table organized and help distribute t-shirts.

T-Shirt Runner

Go-between for the check-in table and t-shirt table.

Water Station

Pass out water along race route.

Food Table

Organize food table and pass out fruit and bagels to participants after they cross the finish line.

Gift Bag Handler

Pass out gift bags to participants when they’re exiting.
