Volunteer Opportunities

Early Packet Pickup on Thursday, October 25

Help with t-shirt and race-bib distribution from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm at location TBD.

Race Set Up

Help set up tables, chairs and tents. NOTE: Please arrive by 6:30 am the morning of the race.

Data Entry

Work with the timing company to enter data on last minute registration and 5K winners.

Greeter

Welcome participants and direct them to either registration or packet pick-up.

Course Marshal

You will be stationed at key turns along the route to help participants follow the course.

Face Painting

Paint fun designs on kids' cheeks.

Day-of Registration

Sign up participants for the race and take payment.

Online Registration Check-In

Check in participants who registered online.

T-Shirt Handler

Keep the t-shirt table organized and help distribute t-shirts.

T-Shirt Runner

Go-between for the check-in table and t-shirt table.

Water Station

Pass out water along race route.

Food Table

Organize food table and pass out fruit and bagels to participants.

Swag Table

Pass out giveaways to participants

Survivors Tent

Hand out Survivor goodies

Cheerleaders

Placed along the course, you will cheer on runners and walkers. Noise makers and confetti will be provided!
